Terms of Service

We aim to make every event stress-free and full of fun. These terms set out what to expect when booking Mighty Mac & Louise for your party or event.

📞 Bookings & Confirmations

Bookings are made by phone or via Facebook message. Once details are agreed, we’ll confirm your booking by Facebook message, email, or invoice (depending on the event).



💰 Payments & Deposits

Payment is due on the day in cash or in advance via BACS. A deposit may be required for certain events. If a deposit is paid and the booking is cancelled by the client, the deposit is non-refundable.



❌ Cancellations

You are free to cancel at any time, but please let us know as soon as possible. Deposits (if paid) are non-refundable.



🥳 What’s Included

Everything discussed during your enquiry (such as entertainment time, balloon modelling, face painting, and games) will be clearly confirmed before the event.

Please note:

👪 Supervision & Safety

We provide all our own equipment and entertainment needed for a great party. We are not responsible for supervising children – at least two responsible adults must be present throughout the event. We do not offer childcare or crèche services, and we are never left alone with children.

✅ Insurance & Checks

We are fully covered by public liability insurance. As we do not provide unsupervised care, no additional background checks are required.

🚗 Travel Costs

Travel is included in your quoted price. There are no hidden charges.
